Manufacturer of state-owned railways of China, China CNR, will draw 54 rail,following the accident which occurred last month.
This particular model is used for fast trains serving the Beijing-Shanghai route, as noted in a statement.
The announcement came a day after officials suspended all rail projects quickly.
The government faced public criticism due to a train crash that killed 40 people last month.
The accident happened on the railway in Wenzhou, sparking allegations of abuseby authorities and asked that the project was investigated.
The incident occurred after a delay of operational railway linking Shanghai andBeijing due to power outages and technical problems after unveiled in June.
State Council said the checks to be conducted on the safety of rail passengers, the train speed limit will be set and the security of the project will be evaluated beforethe plan was approved.
"We will pause to check and approve development projects that the new railroad,"as stated in a council statement.
However, the council said: "China will continue the construction of railway linesquickly."
